We cover all London postcodes within the M25 and some areas outside London

2. Can I have the same cleaner every week?
We will not replace your cleaner unless you request the change yourself. You will have the same house cleaner looking after your home on every cleaning visit. In some cases where the cleaner goes away for more than a week, we will contact you with regards to providing a replacement

3. Can the cleaners come when I am at work?
We can come and clean anytime. If you are not going to be available, you need to arrange access to the property, or you can leave keys with the cleaner. We can also pick up keys , but if the keys is to be collected outside the postcode of your premise, we will charge 10.00GBP. So you don't have to be in on the day the cleaner comes. We do recommend that you fill out the Key Security Deposit form with cleaners if you give them keys

4. What are your office working hours?
We will take the calls from Monday to Sunday 24/7 and our cleaners work any day of the week

5. Are you insured?
Yes, we have a comprehensive public liability cover and will also cover theft and key loss

6. Is there any minimum term of contract?
There is no minimum term of contract. However, if you have to terminate any cleaning service, you will provide us 7days advance notice in writing

7. Are there any agency fees?
No we do not charge any agency fees

8. Are the cleaners vetted?
Our cleaners are interviewed at our office to ensure the suitability of the applicant. In addition to that we require cleaners to provide us with verifiable proof of identification, address and two references, one of which has to be a previous employer

9. Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?
Our minimum number of hours is 3hours per cleaning visit

10. Who provides the cleaning materials ?
You are responsible for providing the cleaning materials and equipment , but if you want us to provide the cleaning materials there is an extra charge

11. Can I specify the day of the week the cleaner comes?
Yes, you can specify the day. As we do our best to meet clients requirement, if this is not possible, we will let you know alternative options

12. Is there any congestion or parking charges?
If the site address is within the congestion charge postcodes, congestion and parking charges will be charged

14. What happens if I move house?
We can transfer your account to another address in London

15. Do you gurantee your service?
Yes, if you are not entirely satisfied with the result , we will not leave your property until you are happy or we will arrange to come back and clean again. And in order to resolve any issue related to poor quality service, we need to receive feedback as soon as the problem occur and no later than 24hours

16. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, standing order, cheques, cards. Please note that payments methods accepted for each cleaning service differs

17. What method of carpet cleaning do you use?
We use hot water extraction method which is also known as steam cleaning and this is the best and most efficient carpet cleaning method recommended by most carpet manufacturers

18. Do you work on public and bank holidays?
Yes, we work on public and bank holidays. Services booked for these days will not cost extra. But there are exceptions during christmas and new year festive days. Please call us with any enqurity regarding services on these dates

19. How long will it take my carpet to dry?
Your carpet will dry within 3hours after completion of the cleaning. Although carpets extensively treated due to heavy soiling might take longer than 3hours
